NetApp, Inc., is an American data infrastructure company based in San Jose, California. It provides enterprise customers with unified data storage, integrated data services, and cloud operations solutions. From 2012 to 2021, it ranked in the Fortune 500.
Netapp revamped all 350 meeting rooms and spaces after the pandemic. The design and integration were under AVILS’s Scope.
WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT TO ACHIEVE?
Netapp migrated to Logitech from Crestron worldwide. The current project for the submission is Founder’s Theatre—100-Seater Multipurpose Hall.

AUDIO-VISUAL DESIGN & INTEGRATION
AVILS served as the Master Audio Visual Systems Integrator (MAVSI)
Our team’s role was to align the client’s standards for meeting rooms with the project layout, ensuring contextual relevance. AVILS’ scope encompassed the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the audiovisual systems.
WHAT KEY CHALLENGES WERE FACED?
Netapp, Bangalore, is the first all-steel building in India, and for AV integration, any small drill is a task requiring additional approvals and dependencies.
HOW WERE THOSE CHALLENGES RESOLVED?
The AV installation process is particularly prone to errors, So we developed an installation checklist to contribute to our project’s success.
The focus was optimizing employee experience, ensuring that every discussion about use cases and solution architecture aimed to achieve a perfect 10/10 rating for employee satisfaction.
AVILS, with its extensive experience as an AVSI and a proven track record in handling large and complex projects, was instrumental in overcoming any challenge at the site. Our skilled team lead, and the deployment of multiple on-site teams ensured that the project was completed on time with minimal disruptions.
